COVID-19 Update
Office now reopen as of May 11, 2020
It’s been around six weeks since shelter-in-place orders were issued in California. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety. As of May 11, our office is now reopen and has resumed all deferred and preventative dental care based on the most updated CDC guidelines. For patients whose appointments were previously cancelled can now call us to reschedule. Our schedule coordinator will try to accommodate everyone the best we can. |
We understand you might feel anxious about visiting a dental office while stay-at-home orders are in place. We’ve taken a number of steps to keep you safe and to better adhere to the social distancing protocol when you visit our dental facility. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). How We’re Protecting You From COVID-19 o Mandatory Masking – All patients and visitors must be masked while in the office o Cleaning – Our teams are performing extra cleaning and disinfecting protocols o Employee Screening – We’ve instituted daily mandatory employee temperature and other screenings o Patient Screening –We have implemented pre-visit screening protocol for all patients to ensure your health and safety of everyone. Please kindly reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household has a cough, fever, and/or flu-like symptoms or have traveled oversea in the last 2 weeks o Appointments scheduling – greater time will be allowed between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any time |
Thank you again for trusting us with your dental care. For patients coming in for urgent dental needs or emergencies, please fill out the Patient Screening Form and bring it with you to the appointment.
We wish you and your family continue to stay safe and healthy.
